Vietnam has been considered by Thailand Investors as an attractive market for making investment and doing business thanks to its strong and sustainable economic growth. Thailand currently ranks 11th worldwide and 3rd among ASEAN countries which have investment activities in Vietnam. Investors from Thailand not only interest in trending areas such as industrial manufacturing, energy and consumer products… but also put concentration on the financial markets and capital markets in Vietnam. This can be seen through various M&A transactions happened in recent years. Furthermore, the signing of several Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), especially the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, are believed to promote the investment wave from Thailand investors into Vietnam market.
On June 27th 2016, Dragon Holdings established the representative office in Thailand with the aim of creating a solid business relationship with our long-time strategic partners as well as attract and coordinate with prospective investors from Thailand who want to make investments in Vietnam market. Besides, through the projects that Dragon Holdings has already implemented within Asian markets, we will offer investors from Thailand a great opportunity to approach emerging markets such as Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
